"I need to be a fruit bearing christian that God can be proud of," talking to myself after listening to Joyce Meyers sermon about hope for a hurting world.She is a charismatic christian author, preacher and founder of Joyce Meyer Ministries.

Her message is so empowering that I felt I needed to change instantly especially when she mentioned that we need to seek God's face not hand.We are fond of asking God to do things in our lives instead of seeking Him;He is everything,therefore,if he is with us,we have the best.

"Humble yourself and forgive people for what they do",she encouraged."We keep on ignoring the issues in our lives and looking at the issues with everybody else",she added.
She also said it's time to stop running and start facing our own issues.

She gave an example where she stole money long ago from a company for which she worked.She and her husband then run away.But as a christian,she felt she had done something wrong;she went back to them and apologized."That way,people respect us when we take responsibility for our faults,sins or misbehavior," said Joyce.

• Work your schedule around God not vice versa
• It's time to stop running and start facing issues.

Hello,it's Saturday again and you all know,I don't let it just pass without featuring a wedding.

Today's wedding is special in a way that it was so colorful. I  love bright colours because they are so attractive.The beautiful munyoro/mutooro bride ;Janepher is so gorgeous in all her bright colored outfits,she is as beautiful as a flower.The groom;Rogers too is smart for their traditional wedding.I also love the chemistry between the couple,it's too strong that they already resemble somehow.I would surely love to see both of them at old age.

Shout out and thank you to the lovely couple for sharing their wedding photos and I wish them a fun filled,happy and blessed marriage.

Listening to Lexi Walker sing gives me goose bumps.She is  talented beyond compare and she's only 11 years old.Wow,I'm simply amazed.She has her own rendition of the hits :let it go and time to say goodbye.

ENDURING TRIALS AND TEMPTATIONS

While having trials may not be a  blessing,the good news is that enduring trials brings blessing.James (in the Bible) concludes,"blessed is the man who perseveres under trial,because when he has stood the test,he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love them.

That's a Bible verse quoted by Sofia Gabuyo, a woman of God at the Methodist church, Milan.Her sermon was so inspiring that I decided to share it with you especially during this Lent period.

She continued to say," Enduring temptation means that we must bear up under it,not getting mad at God when troubles come and things don't seem fair.We must remain faithful while we wait even if God takes His time in bringing us through it all.Enduring temptation means that we take the troubles of life and bravely face them,continuing to trust in the Lord's promises.We should bear our trials patiently and with integrity because we know that they're all in God's hands and will somehow work out something good in our lives.We need to remember that temptations are nothing more than the tokens of God's love and confidence in us.He allows them to help us draw closer in prayer and fellowship with Him."

"Dear brothers and sisters,the greatest blessing of God flows into lives that stay in the race and cross the finish line.We must make the choice to persist in all circumstances,so we can be the kind of people Jesus wants us to be.We must persist through the difficult times of life to discover  the rewards that Jesus was waiting for us.When one day we stand before the throne of God,I pray that each will receive the crown of life."Said Sofia.

Saturday,I always look forward to this day as it excites me  bringing you lovely brides and grooms.Today is no exception thanks to the amazing couple for sharing their wedding photos.

Today's bride is called Jill and the groom Perez.At first glance,I fell in love with Jill's entire look.Her gown,hair and make up are beautiful.The groom and the entire wedding entourage rocked it with their tuxedos.

The flower girls and peg boys looked so angelic in their outfits adding color to the occasion.They are so adorable.

Nothing beats a mother's love for her child.It's a brilliant idea that we get to celebrate mothers at least once a year. They've treated us well right from birth and it's high time we returned the favour.
